These five areas of focus are being prioritized in 2022, as we continue to live and love like Jesus.

CONNECTION & SHEPHERDING
Goal: Develop a strategy to foster increased connection and community among Crossroads people, from first-time guests to long-time members.

KIDS AND YOUTH
Goal: Develop a visible strategy for Kids, YTH, and families that aligns and reflects the vision and values of Crossroads.

UNITY & RECONCILIATION
Goal: Identify and begin to address barriers within our church that are hindering relationships with individuals, families, and churches who come from different ethnic, economic, and educational backgrounds.

VALUES CLARIFIED
Goal: Identify and make clear the values of Crossroads Christian Church, and develop a strategy to make those values easily visible and understood by our staff, church body, and community.

MISSIONAL LIVING
Goal: Help our church body better see and practice that all of their life is missional; especially where they live, work, and play.
