There is an undeniable connection between the mind, and your moods and attitudes. How can we retrain ourselves to respond in a healthy manner when faced with challenges in life?

Given the recent pandemic with Covid-19, our society has experienced many changes over a short period of time. With change often comes confusion and with much change, emotional shutdown can occur.

This Group will help you to focus on the important things in your life, while not dwelling on the things you cannot change. We will explore scriptural insights and other practical ways to navigate your way through these unprecedented times we are living in.

This group is being offered in person and Online.  You may participate either way.  If you prefer online, you will be provided with a link to access the group virtually. 

You will need to purchase your own copy of Emotionally Healthy Spirituality: It's Impossible to Be Spiritually Mature, While Remaining Emotionally Immature book.  The Vineyard does not normally carry this book in stock but are able to order it.  Call 812-479-8777 to order.  The book is also available on Amazon and Christianbook.com.
