Emotional Well-Being
Mondays, beginning January 16, 6:30 PM, Conference Room
There is an undeniable connection between the mind, and your moods and attitudes. How can we retrain ourselves to respond in a healthy manner when faced with challenges in life?
Given the many rapid changes our society experiences, this change often creates confusion and emotional shutdown can occur.
With the Serenity Prayer as the starting point, this Group will help you focus on the important things in your life, while not dwelling on the things you cannot change. Learning about the Kingdom of God, we will explore scriptural insights and other practical ways to navigate your way through these challenging times we experience living in the secular world.
This group is being offered in person and online. You may participate either way. If you prefer online, you will be provided with a link to access the group virtually.
You will need to purchase your own copy of Wholiness: the Unified Pursuit of Healthy, Harmony, Happiness, and Heaven by James F. Schroeder. The Vineyard does not normally carry this book in stock but are able to order it. Call 812-479-8777 to order. The book is also available on Amazon.
