FAMILY MINISTRY LEAD

The Family Ministry Lead helps individuals from birth through college live and love like Jesus by providing strategic and pastoral leadership over Family Ministry, fostering alignment within Family Ministry, and providing primary leadership for either Kids or YTH Ministry. MMO PROGRAM DIRECTOR
The MMO Program Director is responsible for the health and management of the Mother’s Morning Out (MMO) program. Primary responsibilities include providing high-quality childcare, leading the MMO staff, and managing and stewarding the MMO budget and resources. MMO TEACHER
MMO Teachers care for and educate young children, ages 8 weeks to 5 years, in a safe, engaging, and Christ-centered environment. This position is 16-24 hours per week depending on the age group.
MMO FLOATER TEACHER
MMO Floater Teachers implement curriculum and activities alongside a classroom teacher (as an assistant) or in the absence of a classroom teacher (as a substitute). Classroom and age group assignment will vary by day, based on need. This position is 16 hours per week.
MMO SUBSTITUTE TEACHER
MMO Substitute Teachers implement curriculum and activities in classrooms of various ages in the absence of a classroom teacher. Hours for this position will vary based on need and availability.
KIDS CLUB WORKER
Kids Club workers provide childcare for various ministries and events at Crossroads. Afternoon and evening hours are most often available with total hours varying based on the ministry season.
