Women in Leadership
Emerging African women leaders are courageous and resilient. However, they still face significant cultural, familial, and economic oppression. Training women in leadership is essential to the advancement of the Gospel on the African continent.

God is using the Women’s Leadership Initiative to break cultural norms and transform longstanding views of women as inferior. He is raising up women staff members into roles of leadership throughout the continent.
Current Priority: Growing an Advocacy Team, based out of Crossroads, that will provide support & encouragement through prayer and friendship. Quarterly email updates along with personal contact with Dyan and select YL Africa women leaders (Zoom and/or in-person) are planned for the upcoming year.
