Crossroads Kids FAQs

Where do I go?

  • Crossroads Kids is located just inside the Family Entrance at the South East portion of the Crossroads Christian Church building.

How do I check in?

  • Our goal is to make the checkin process as easy as possible. When you arrive at the Crossroads Kids Lobby, for the first time, a team member will assist you at the Kids Connection Desk.

    For subsequent visits, you will use one of our self checkin stations, located along with Lobby walls. The Church Center app will allow you to check-in quickly and securely. Download the Church Center app and login at *INSERT LINK*

How will you contact me if my kid needs me?

  • In the event that we must contact you, we will send a text message to the cell phone number(s) listed under the contact information for your kid.

Is the environment safe?

  • We are dedicated to the safety of your kid(s). The Crossroads Kids wing is a locked area during Sunday services. No unauthorized person is allowed through our locked doors without presenting the proper identification.

Additionally, members of our safety team are stationed in the Kids Area to help ensure the safety of your kids, family, and our volunteers.

What will my kid be doing while at Crossroads Kids?

  • While your kid is at Crossroads Kids they will receive Biblical teaching through engaging activities, dynamic worship, small group application activities, and large group teaching and games.
