    Paul Linge, MBA
    Counseling Director

    Paul holds a BA in Psychology from DePauw University and an MBA from Eastern University. He serves as Counseling Pastor and Director of the Crossroads Counseling Center. Paul is an ordained pastor and his areas of pastoral counseling inlude working with men and married couples. He and his wife, Emily, have been married 25 years, and have 3 children. With 25 years of pastoral and missionary experience, Paul has a heart to see people walk in the freedom that Christ provides.

    Melissa Altman, MACC, LMHC
    Licensed Mental Health Counselor

    Melissa (Missy) earned her Master of Arts in Christian Counseling from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in 2015 and is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Indiana. Missy works with couples and individuals dealing with relational and trust issues, grief, anxiety, depression, chronic illness, and other mental health concerns. She also is passionate about helping pastors and missionaries heal and thrive, both personally and professionally. Missy and her husband, Bill, have been in ministry for 30 years.

    Marcia Mills, MS

    As a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, Marcia earned her Master’s Degree in Counseling in 1989, and has been a member of the Crossroads Counseling Team for over 15 years. Marcia specializes in marital counseling, mood disorders, codependency and abuse issues, women’s issues, addiction, and has a compassionate heart for adolescents. She is also a Certified Splankna Practitioner; a Christian-based prayer protocol for resolving emotional trauma.

    Marcia sees her counseling role as an instrument for God to bring healing to the spirit, soul, and body.

    Aaron Musgrave, CPA
    Financial Coach,
    Executive Director of Operations, and Finance Lead

    Aaron serves on the counseling team as a Financial Coach, volunteering his time to provide financial advice and guidance to individuals and couples who are ready to break the chains of financial bondage. He is currently employed at Crossroads, as the Executive Director of Operations and Finance Team Lead. Aaron is an active member at Crossroads.

    Aaron resides in Newburgh, Indiana, with his wife, Courtney, their daughter, Maggie, and son, Max.

    Aaron has a passion to use his God-given skills to partner with people in our community who are seeking to improve their financial situation. His motivation comes from his faith in Jesus Christ and Jesus's command to "Love your neighbor as yourself."

    Angie Schwengel, MA, LMHC
    Licensed Mental Health Counselor

    Angelena (Angie) is a graduate of Liberty University with a Masters Degree in Professional Counseling and is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Indiana. Angie has experience working with children, adults, and families who are dealing with a variety of mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, mood instability, adoption and attachment issues, ADHD, social skill issues, and defiance. She is also experienced in using play and sand tray therapy techniques in her counseling practice. Angie’s desire is to be used by God through the counseling process to bring ultimate healing.

    Regina Stevenson, CPA
    Financial Coach

    Regina serves on the Counseling Team as a Financial Coach, volunteering her time to share her passion for personal finance and debt free living. She has worked in public accounting and tax for over 15 years, working for small and mid-sized accounting firms, specializing in accounting, tax and non-profits.

    Regina and her husband, Jason, seek to honor God with their family finances in all things. Her passion is to help people stabilize their finances and aim for a debt-free life.
