Hands of Hope supports families involved in the foster care system.

Through Care Portal, families who have had children removed or are at risk of having them removed can receive resources to care for their children.

Through Care Communities, a group can support a foster family. We partner with Hands of Hope to offer both platforms for volunteers to get involved.
