Awkward Conversations - This series of one-hour workshops focuses on practical skills for self-awareness, empathy and confidence when addressing challenging relationships. This workshop takes place in person three times a year from 11:00 AM – Noon

Bridges out of Poverty - This is a nationally recognized training that will help you reframe what it means to live in poverty and how to engage people in under-resourced communities.  It provides tools and strategies for a community to alleviate poverty.  We offer an abbreviated, 3-hour version of Bridges out of Povery once a year.

Trauma 101 - Trauma 101 is a two-hour training designed to help caregivers understand how trauma affects children. Although centered around examples within foster care, Trauma 101 is helpful to anyone who cares for kids from hard places. We offer this training once a year in the Fall.

Trust Based Relationship Intervention (TBRI) Training - When risk factors such as biological, emotional or physiological trauma interrupt a child's development, caregivers need additional skills and understanding. This workshop provides participants with proven tools to develop closer connections built on evidence-based techniques. Parents, teachers, and anyone who cares for kids from hard places are encouraged to attend. This class provides six hours of CEU credits for foster parents. We offer this training once a year in the Spring.
