Join a Crossroads' Advocacy Team and serve as part of the backbone of our connection with our partners and our community.  Each team is led by a dedicated volunteer who consistently engages with our partners to serve a specific group of people. 

Our Local Outreach Leadership Team leads our local outreach efforts by developing strategies that best engage our community.  This team is made up of Advocacy Team leaders as well as other deeply engaged volunteers.  They focus on reaching the least reached people and empowering the marginalized people in our community.
