Acts of the Apostles

Acts of the Apostles
Wednesday Mornings, January 17, 9:00 AM, room 221, Newburgh Campus

In this book we see what Jesus brought about through the apostles’ preaching and the beginning of the church. We’ll study the life of Paul as he makes many missionary journeys. Though the apostles and early Christians faced bitter persecution, through the power of the Holy Spirit they successfully carried the gospel from Jerusalem to Rome and planted churches across the Roman Empire. Full of history and drama, the book of Acts provides a guide for the church to follow until Christ returns. This study will be taught over two semesters. Leaders: Pam Jordan & Becky Kelle.

You will need a workbook, Acts Part 1 by Ray Stedman from Joy of Living.  The workbook for this class is only available from Joy of Living 800-999-2703 or on line at  This study spans both semesters, August 2017 - April 2018.

Child care is provided but requires advanced registration.
