How do I login?
From the Crossroads Christian Church website, click on the myCrossroads icon at the top to go to this page. Type in your user name and password in the box below and then click login. It's that simple.
If you don't already have a login, click "Request your login!", fill out your details and if the email you used is already in our system, you will be sent an activation email. If no email match is found, an administrator will be notified and you will receive an email within a few business days.
How do I change my profile information?
You update all your contact information right in myCrossroads, eliminating the need for church staff to re-enter your changes. Just click on your name in the upper right and then click on Profile. You may already have a profile picture if you took part in previous church directories, but you can add one if not or change the one in myCrossroads. Please use a profile picture that allows other people to quickly recognize you and keep all information accurate and up to date.
How do I manage my privacy settings?
You have control over how much information you share with others to help promote community. Click on your name in the upper right and then click on Privacy Settings. You decide which parts of your information you share with Everybody, Friends Only, Friends & Your Group Members, or with Church Leadership Only. By default, the only information set to be shared with everybody is your Contact Phone number, Birthday(not year), Gender and Anniversary.
How do I find groups in myCrossroads?
Click Groups in the right side menu and enter the name of the group or use Advanced Search.
How do I give online and get a contribution statement?
myCrossroads allows you to use your bank account* or debit/credit card for both one time gifts and recurring gifts. Just click Give in the side menu and enter your selections and information.
*Only use credit cards if you pay the balance off each month to avoid finance charges. Using your bank account eliminates all credit card fees ensuring your full gift is received.
